Application Programming Interface (API)

Below you will find some fragments regarding the APIs of Kitodo.production:

• ActiveMQ web services - the JMS based interface for external software
• KitodoScript - the script action language for working on selections of processes
• Jersey WebAPI (removed) - the former REST API

Additionally, the module Kitodo-API contains the APIs that the Kitodo modules (for example Kitodo-FileManagement, Kitodo-Command, ...) implement and other Kitodo components can use; see its javadoc.
